The lamp is supplied with a recharging base and USB cable suitable for international use.
My light doesn't seem to be charging.
Firstly, make sure the lamp is placed on the charging base and is plugged in to a power socket.
Make sure the charging base lights up, the red light will indicate that it is plugged in correctly.
If the red light is on, the charger is working.
Once the lamp is in position on the base the lamp’s LED will start pulsing indicating charging. The light will remain constant when the charge is full
My remote control isn't working.
The on/off button is located at the base of the lamp. If the remote control isn’t working either put the lamp in closer range or check if the battery in the remote control needs to be replaced.
