GENERAL AND APPLICATION

The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between the customer and Green Wolf Studio and their brand Green Wolf Lighting about the delivery of goods, which are ordered online under the website www.greenwolflighting.com

ACCOUNT

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and password and for restricting access to its computer to prevent unauthorised access to its account. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under its account or password.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with Green Wolf Lighting you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. In some cases, delivery costs, import duties and taxes may apply on international orders and these will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘total cost’.

Our lights are made-to-order and as such pre-order products are non-refundable and exchange only.

DELIVERY TIMES & CHARGES

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Order processing can take up to 5 working days, shipping time is an estimate following this.

PROHIBITIONS & MISUSE

You must not misuse this website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (commonly referred to as “spam”), or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Green Wolf Lighting will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

Green Wolf Lighting will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
